Estes Accelerator recently had the opportunity to partner with Tony Parker, Design Engineer and Owner of Avance, LLC. Avance is a product development company that specializes in industrial design and 3D engineering. Tony had a global client in the vacuum products and leak-detection industry that needed a new generation of an enclosure unit re-designed. The new design needed to be put into sheet metal form within a very tight time frame to ensure the end customer could display the units in a trade show. This twenty-part assembly consisted of complex forming, weldments, and many different pieces of installed hardware. During the prototyping process, Estes Accelerator was able to evaluate the design and provide feedback to improve production of parts on the new generation unit, which we have been given the opportunity to work on now!
