Indianapolis Star Names Estes Design & Manufacturing a Winner of the Central Indiana Top Workplaces 2023 Award
Estes Design & Manufacturing is proud to announce that we have been awarded a 2023 Top Workplaces honor by the Indianapolis Star Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered 
through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
Estes competed against hundreds of companies throughout central Indiana of similar size and business type, and only 66 companies in our size class were able to capture this award. We are thrilled to have been included and are thankful to our employees who made this happen!

Our president, Tim Estes, speaks to the meaning of this award saying, “I’m truly honored, on behalf of the Estes family, to be recognized as a Central Indiana Top Workplace winner. The term asset is used often in a manufacturing environment like Estes. An asset is defined as “a useful or valuable thing, person, or quality.” In manufacturing, key assets are buildings, equipment, inventory – all things we see/use every day. My definition of an asset, however, is something of value that we can’t live without. At Estes, all the assets I mentioned above are key, but I truly believe the most valuable assets at Estes are the people. Estes Design has a long history of great people to work alongside and achieving this award is a result of each team member that has worked at Estes in its 45+ years as a company. Thank you!”
