Daniel Gray
Director of Operations Daniel Gray is a 2006 graduate from Pensacola Christian College. After interning throughout his time in college, Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree and joined the company full-time. During his time at Estes, Daniel has held numerous positions including general shop employee within the shipping department, Production Scheduler, Inventory Analyst, and Medical Applications Manager. Before moving into his current role, he also served as the Director of Planning and Scheduling. In his current role, Daniel leads the Estes production team and oversees production improvement initiatives. His other responsibilities include managing the pre-production activities for all jobs, overseeing the manufacturing schedule, and working as a champion of change, seeking to continually improve business processes and reduce waste.
